Coordinating conjuctions 

 इस प्रकार के conjuctions का प्रयोग दो ऐसे शब्दो , वाक्यों या वाक्यांशो को जोडने के लिये होता है जिनका grammatical strcture एक समां होता है। निम्नलिखित को इसकी सहयता से जोडा जाता है।

Words (शब्द) +Word(शब्द)

Phrase (शब्द समूहों) + Phrase (शब्द समूहों)

Clauses (वाक्यांशों) + Clauses (वाक्यांशों)


For example

He bought a book and a pen.   (two words)

You may meet me at my home or at my office.   (two phrases)

I waited for him but he didn't come.   (Two clauses)
